Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time:In-Stock Products: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.Pre-Order Products: Pre-orders require 2-10 days for dispatch, depending on product availability.

Shipping Policy: After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Charges:Within Kolkata: ₹60 for half kg.Within West Bengal: ₹70 for half kg.Rest of India: ₹80 for half kg.

Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional COD charge of ₹60 applies, apart from the standard shipping charges.COD Orders:All COD orders are subject to verification. Our team will contact you for confirmation before dispatching your product. If verification is not completed, the order will not be shipped.

Order Cancellation:Miniatures Collectable reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, customers will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • We only accept returns if the product received is defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.

    • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or preference.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order with proof of the defect (e.g., pictures or videos).

    • Once approved, we will provide return instructions. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. If the product is deemed defective, we will issue a full refund.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

Important Notes:

  1. Custom Orders/Pre-Orders: Custom or pre-order products are non-refundable once dispatched, unless defective.

  2. Product Availability: Some items may be limited in stock or exclusive. If your pre-order item is delayed, we will notify you with updated shipping information.

  3. Miniatures Collectable's Rights: We retain the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers will be informed of any significant changes that may affect their orders.
